LetBox Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy

 

What is not allowed on VPS ? but are not limited to:

- SpamVertising E-Mail ANY kind must be approved beforehand.
- Mail servers which mark as Spamming
- ANY Kind of Service attacks ( DDoS, floods, scanners, etc..).
- Resource Abuse consists of any activity, intentional or otherwise, that consumes sufficient system resources to
negatively affect other clients or equipment.

- No public IRC, VPN and Proxies but We do allow private
- Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a server is strictly prohibited We will Terminated services without Notifications
or refund.

- Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures
(including those belonging to LetBox and its customers) without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.

Material:

- Child pornography is NOT allowed and any client found to be doing so will be canceled immediately upon discovery
and reported to the   proper authorities.

- Phishing/Scam/Shock content is strictly prohibited.
- Material Protected by Copyright. You may not publish, distribute, or otherwise copy in any manner any music, software, art, or other
work protected by copyright law unless you have been expressly authorized by the owner of the copyright for the work to copy the
work in that manner.

 

Refund:

- answer : yes - We do allow moneyback But we can in 24 Hours + 5.9% + 45¢ fee applies VPS only NOT Dedicated Server and if your 
site is down you may be able to claim service credit depending on where it falls in on our SLA.

 

Cancellation:

- If you wish to cancel service, or for any services on your account, you MUST complete the Request Cancellation function which can 
be found in the client billing interface at: - Login to our Client area >> Services >> My services Selecting the specific service
at that location >> View details >> Management Actions >> Request Cancellation.

- LetBox does NOT accept cancellation requests via email, phone, or support ticket. Not using the service, non-payment, or moving
your service elsewhere, is NOT a valid method of cancellation---nor are we aware when such is done.

- Chargeback against a legit charge placed by LetBox, a $20 administrative fee will be charged per chargeback.
- IMPORTANT: If you have any subscription setup in Paypal or 2Checkout, make sure you login to your Paypal or 2Checkout and cancel
that or can contact us, if not, Paypal or 2Checkout will keep sending us payment every month. And when they do, can only be added
as credit towards the account and cannot be refunded.

Payment:

- We provides a 5 day grace period from the time the invoice is issued. Any invoice that is overdue for 5 days and not paid the
account will be terminated and all files will be deleted.

- Invoices that have been paid more than once by mistake, subscriptions, etc. can only be added as credit towards the account and        cannot be refunded.

 

Infomation:

- We have the right to suspend or terminate any account found Against our TOS WITHOUT notice or Refund.
- We Will not be held accountable for Security , DDOS Attack, Hacked or data loss for any reason it's your Responsibility.
- VPS are usually set up within 1 - 5 hours after payment has been confirmed and received but please allow 24-48 Business Hours.
- Sales/Support Response Time Within 24 hours (general), or within 4 hours between 10:30AM - 6:30PM (GMT +2)emergency 24/7 Monitor support.
